- If you use the Save .IMG File feature, you may find that the files produced
- are somewhat large (i.e. all over 32K long.) This is because they are encoded
- in BIT STRING format, which is the least efficient (and easiest to write)
- method of saving IMG files. A compacting algorithm will be implimented in
- later releases of MolSys, but for the present, if you have a lot of IMG
- files saved, loading them into an IMG compatible paint program such as
- HyperPaint and then re-saving may save you a lot of disk space.
